Brian Scott knew what qualities he wanted in a real

Beverly and Mark Bancroft, homeowners in San
Diego, wanted to sell their home and were in
need of a real estate agent. A coworker

David Kellogg, a first-time homebuyer with

When they relocated from Cincinnati to
Austin for new jobs several months ago, Anne
and Paul Gentle wanted to find a
computer-savvy real estate agent who could
help them find a resale home in a good
school district.
“My husband and I both work in high-tech

speak our language, or at least not give a
blank stare when we talked about our jobs
and interests,” Anne said.

The Gentles won the bid they made at
slightly below list price for the home they
purchased. They’re very happy with it. “We
feel we paid a good price for a home and got
our money’s worth,” Anne said. “Using
